Night heat

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone could help .. so i am confused about what to do with the heat bulb at night .. i was told it can be turned off along with the UVB at night, which i did the first night however when i went in to turn everything on in the morning she seemed to be quite cold! Which obviously worried me.
She was fine as soon as the heat was turned back on, so i asked her breeder and they said to leave the heat on at night at 26/80 on the thermostat.

However the light is obviously on and i read this can disturb the sleeping patterns ‍
So what is the best way to keep heat in the viv over night whilst not disturbing the sleep pattern? It is dark down one end of the viv just not in the basking spot, she does have hides also so would this be ok?

My house does get chilly at night (esp in cooler months) and being in the UK our summer has begun in true fashion of currently being wet and at night it can still be quite cool outside.

i have seen those heat emitting ceramic bulbs but unsure if they are any good or where to locate it with the basking/heat bulb in place.

thanks on advance for any advice

Definitely NO light at night, (no colored bulbs either) these are what i use, if u were to get a che, id put it in the middle of the enclosure or on his hot side, in another light fixture, its perfectly fine for your beardy to be a lil cold in the morning , but if you know its going to be colder than 50f for a couple days you absolutely need a che.

Just don’t forget that its on! Ive accidentally done that once.
Oh god! I usually leave myself notes or daily alarms to remind me of things like that because im terrible! ‍♀️ .. do these “bulbs” need anything like the thermo/habistat the heat bulb has? Or is it just one heat and plug in to a usual bulb adapter?

I only use one for my gecko, so temps are gonna be a little different in ur enclosure, they get a certain temp, use a probe just to make shure they’re working right, but directly underneath it , it gets to be about 98f, and the enclosure is about 78f over all (its a 18x18x20) i dont use stats for them (my lizards all try to eat probes and thermometers)

You do not need heat if your tank is 65 or above --- dragons like it cool and dark it helps metabolize their system for a better nights sleep --- optimal temps are 65-75 --
