Right off the bat you need to make sure that you have the proper heating and UVB. How old is the bearded dragon? Babies need a basking spot of 110-115 to help digestion, adults need a spot that is about 95-100degrees. The cool side should be between 75-80 degrees.
He/she might need some time to settle in to it's new home. Try not to handle it too much and it might help to cover 3 sides of the tank to help it settle in.
Also need a supply of live gut loaded bugs. Crickets, dubia roaches, hornworms, silkworms, super worms are all good. Salad should be offered daily, even if you don't think they are eating it. This will be a 2 year old. He will come with all the equipment. I feed my tarantula super worms, I will have plenty for the BD. Big thanks for the link.
