greens: mixture of or only one. Kale, collar greens, parsley, romaine lettuce. 10 male worms, and there's always a few crickets in his cage. And I repeat for night time feeding. I put a bearded dragon salad dressing on the greens which had a calcium supplement in it or I spray on a calcium supplement on it. What else should I be doing??? I didn't know they ate so much any in site would help thanks

Romain lettuce has almost no nutritional value. Kale is higher oxalates do not give often. Beardeddragon.org has a great list. Superworms, dubias. Remove the crickets he doesn't eat - they can disrupt his sleep and even eat on him

With feeding, you always want to give as wide a variety as you can. So morio worms are ok, if you are adding the variety of others like crickets, roaches, hornworms, etc. The same is true for the vegetables. Always try to give a wide variety of greens and vegetables in their salad. This will help alleviate any problems that just one food item can have, like the oxalates in kale for instance. Obviously some greens/vegetables are better than others, so you often hear of people referring to them as staples. However, there is no one good thing to feed on its own, so even these need to be used in a wider variety. So a good mix could be something like kale, arugula, chicory, spaghetti squash, carrot, etc. This gives a good nutritional variety, as well as visual variety (some dragons will be stimulated by that) and alleviate the need for supplements.
