New to forum and have a veggie question......

Hello all,

We are new to this whole thing! We bought a beardie for our son, and I have absolutely gotten obsessed with this little baby!so my question is this: is kale a good everyday staple when mixed with other veggies. I have seen different opinions all over the internet and i haven't seemed to find a definitive answer!insight would be greatly appreciated!
