New to bearded dragons

Ive been interested in bearded dragons for some time now. So when I saw a flyer for a beardie for sale at my vets office I had to get him.

He's 1 1/2 to 2 yrs old leather back.. That's about all I know about him. Oh and his name is Shenron.

I got the whole setup, lights, 90 gallon tank, screen lid, thermometers, furniture, a box full of cleaning and disinfecting sprays, cricket tank, about 50 crickets, super worms...I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff. All for a Killer deal too!!!

I have cats and dogs, lots of aquariums, lots of fish, and a couple yellow belly sliders I've had for a while now. Been wanting another reptile to chill with since my ball python died a few years ago. I think Shenron will be just what I've been looking for.

welcome - they are addicting little creatures ! he's handsome.
please have a look at the links below my signature - a couple of the folks on this forum put these together for newbies (and refreshers for the rest of us) - some really good info. please - if you have any questions, give us a holler. please do not ask you friendly big box pet store. your vet may or may not be the best source of info (unless it's a reptile vet --- )

Congratulations and welcome to the forum! He is beautiful, let us know if you have questions. Make sure you know how old the lights are so you know when you will need to replace them.
