So I have a Leo and a beardie currently, but I have a 30 gallon long tank sitting in my room with liner and a hide already in it(along with a top and a Che).

I know a lot of lizards need a bigger tank than that, but I would be getting a baby, so that being said what would be good to start out in it and live in it for a month or two?

I'm gonna be building a tank for my dragon so I will have an empty 75 gallon here around mid January.

I'm gonna have a 75 gallon that whatever I get is most likely going in so I don't just have that big tank sitting around. Are the aquatic at all?

The croc skinks? No, they aren't from what i have seen, but I saw a YouTube vid of one in a bathtub and it looked really cool swimming! In my small amount of research on them they need a rainforest type environment. High humidity with UVB light. Very bashful critters too, but very beautiful. I would think a 75 gallon would be too big for one. My advice would be to go with a large reptile. :D

I may just wait and put the 75 in my basement for now until I can find something that I really must have.

The more I've read up on them, the more I see advice to include some sort of pond or running water setup on one side, since they are good swimmers and like to soak. High humidity is a must too so it only makes sense. It may be worth looking into!

I'm probably going to pick up a pair when the spring or summer comes around. I don't have plans to include a river or pond side, but am looking forward to setting up the environment!
