Hi all

Just thought id give a brief hello being new to the forum new owner of beardies.
In the past ive owned a few different reptiles, snakes, geckos but never a bearded dragon.

These are our girls, Anna & Elsa (wifes choice of names, i was bullied ;) We've had them about 2 months now

When we decided to get our dragons we decided we wanted one slightly more mature and came across these 2 in the local classifieds .....we had done a bit of research on care, food, heating, lighting ect but only realized afterwards that they shouldn't be housed together so ive ordered a couple of stackable 4ft x 2 x 2 vivs which should hopefully arrive next week.

These 2 are about a year old according to the lady we got them off and have been together since birth and so far ive never seen any signs of aggression or dominance, they sleep, eat and bask together but obviously im aware now that that can change in an instant so i'll be separating them asap

So yeah thats the story so far

They look so sweet! I love how they are holding hands in the first picture. Glad you are giving them their own spaces. Where they do seem like they get along with each other, even two girls can get tired of each other and fight. I have two females that so far can sit in the same area as each other but you can see it in their eyes that their comfort level is being pushed and they could snap at any minute.
