Welcome to the forum and to beardies, looking forward to seeing your new scaley friends and their set-ups. Please feel free to take a look at the links that you'll find under several of our comments on general care for new comers as that may be of help to you along the way. We've put together tons of info on all areas of their care. I do hope that you have them separately for numerous reasons, solitary critters, dominance issues, isolation between them during quarantein.
Hope that helps.

If you've just gotten him it may take some time to let him settle into his new environment. Do you know his background? Just take things really slow it may take some time, start with just letting him get used to you talking to him and move slowly, let him get used to your hand in his tank, put a piece of clothing with just your body smells no cologne into his tank. try feeding with tongs so he gets the connection that you = food and good things. build up to being able to move your hand closer to him, to you touching him, to you just holding him while in the tank.. small steps. In time he will begin to trust you and it will be a great bond between you once you get it.. Patience is the key

he has been kept in a exo terra 24x18x12 with sand and a 50 watt basking bulb and a red night bulb(i know that the red is bad because of the third eye)his mouth is like skinned on the front i think its from jumping and scraping his mouth on the sand overtime he eats crickets.

I think with some good husbandry, no sand, no lights at night and some TLC he should improve.. I didn't see a UVB source listed
