Hello, I bought my bearded dragon 2 days ago, I follow every instruction they give to me and I think I did everything fine, my beardie is about 5 months old.

But he barely moves he prefer to sleep all day and doesnt eat. Do i have to wait to get comfortable first and after he is going to move and eat?

Please help me I am so worried.

Thanks,

Christos

Welcome where did you get the dragon from? Your dragon should be moving around the tank and eating something -- lets go over the husbandry of the tank ---- this is critical - how old is the dragon? For a baby you need surface basking temps of 105-110 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer -- stickons are inaccurate -- next the basking bulb should be a clear solid bright white basking bulb NO colored or off white or yellowish bulb and NO daytime bulbs -- the UVB needs to be a long tube fixture NO coils --- they are inadequate and will cause all kinds of health proplems -- please post pic of the tank
