new baby

Soooo I got a new baby to replace the death of leviathan. His name is anon and its been a few hours since introducing him to his new home. He has been waving at and playing with his reflection in the glass and loves his greens though not much of a fan for bugs it seems but that's not to say he won't eat them.

He is very energetic and has been tuning around the enclosure almost no stop and is even willing to let me hold him without running away.

I will post pictures soon after he starts calming down.

Leviathans warranty hadn't expired and since it was a freak accident they allowed me to exchange her. Once my internets working I'll upload pictures onto here of Amon since it won't let me take them straight from my cell without a computer.

That actually happened with one of my first frogs. He fell from the top of his tank to the paper towel covered bottom and I actually heard his head hit. He didn't die right away but there was definitely something wrong with him. I took him back and now have the most sweetest frog

aww Amon is rather sweet himself. He enjoys eating bits of salad if I hold it out to him so much he actually got his temporary tank mate doing the same thing in only a few minutes. He's very alert and playful and it makes me anxious to see how playful he gets outside of the tank.

he's a big guy to but very submissive. They had him in a tank with two others much smaller than him and he let them lay all over him. First thing he did when he met his temporary house mate was just wave at him for five minutes before he figured it was alright to get in the basking area. Honestly I expected him to get stress marks in the first few hours but he actually seems to be just happy and relaxed in the new enviroment. Ugh can't wait for internet on anything other than my cell so I can show him off on here. Its his bed time though so maybe I'll be able to sneak some adorable sleepy pics before tomorrow.

Hers some of him with his tank mate. He's the one in the back with stress marks but that was just because he was thirsty and doesn't like his water bowl all that much.

He's so cute!!! And for the water bowl you can put your finger in the bowl and he might like it better
