Nervous about going out of town

We are taking a trip to Chicago on New Year's Day and not getting back until Saturday Night after lights out. I am going to put in an extra roach dish and load both dishes up with Dubias but I know my growing pig boy will have them all gone by Friday. Hate the thought of him being hungry on Saturday.

Yes lighting is on timers and haven't had any issue with them. Dragon is about 4 months old. He is not really eating salad yet but he loves Dubias and self feeds through the day out of a small ceramic bowl the roaches can't get out of.

He'll be fine for a few days. Leave a bowl of bugs and some salad (you never know, he might get desperate and eat some).

Bring warm clothes....it was 12 degrees when I left for work this morning!

Will do we are no stranger to the cold living on the other side of the pond from you in MI. Taking the train in from East Lansing. Our hotel is right by the field museum so we will have a .8 mile walk to get to it. Tried to explain to the wife that a Taxi driver would get annoyed with a .8 mile fair.

Plus in Chicago that .8 mile taxi ride can take 45 minutes! You'd get to your hotel faster walking.

Thing I hate most about being out of town is missing my animal family. I can watch both my furry kids on a webcam at camp bow wow during the day. But now I have two scalie pets who are at home and no way to know how they are doing. Blaze ate like twice his weight in Dubias yesterday and his dishes are filled with them today. Desmond my Leo has a tail fat enough to hold him for a month so I know they are fine but I still worry.

I know the feeling. I was a nervous wreck the first time I left Dexter and Luci. When I came home they just looked at me like "what's your problem", I don't even think they moved for 3 days LOL! The first time I went out of town and left my frogs, I had literally just bought a hygrotherm and hooked it up. Had no idea how the thing really worked but was confident it would be okay for a day. I came home and I had set the humidity too high and it was so wet in the tank it looked like a monsoon had hit! One time we stayed at a hotel downtown for the night and at around midnight we couldn't sleep and missed our cats so we checked out and went home!

Hope you are enjoying the city!

My male and female (Ike & Tina) have been together for just under 4 years I've owned them about 2 weeks and all of a sudden he's being really aggressive towards her... He keeps attacking her for no reasons? I'm scared the leave the side of there vivarium incase he kills her?! PLEASE HELP

Headed home but Blaze will be asleep when we get home but my Leo Desmond will be up and get some fresh Dubias. Pick up the dogs tomorrow at 7.

Sarah Louise – you need to separate them. Sooner rather than later

Everyone was fine while we were gone but man did Blazes tank stink when I got home. Super strong ammonia smell from his waste. Took everything out and bleached it to get rid of the smell.

Glad to hear everyone was okay when you got home. Sorry the tank smelled so bad. I don't remember having the problem when I went away, which is surprising because Luci can really stink sometimes.
