I have a female bearded dragon and a Male both separated. I was wondering if an enclosure that is made for ferrets, rabbits, and rats would work for a bearded dragon. the detentions are 36"L x 24" W x 63.25" H. Not sure how to upload a pic of it. Right now my Male is in a 40 gal bearded dragon tank and my female is in a custom 300 gal tank and need to downsize the female tank. any advice on if it will work??

I’ve never seen anyone use a cage like that for a bearded dragon. I would say no, it isn’t a good idea, because a cage like that is unable to trap and maintain hot temperatures. Tanks are ideal because the walls are sealed and can keep themselves warm provided you have the heat bulb. All the heat will escape from something like this
