My wild pet lizard

He/she lives in my front yard and likes to hang out on the banana plant, there are tons of ants on it so that means lots of food. As you can see it has a big belly so its eating good. Caught him doing something cute so I figured I would share.

such an amazing pic Sandra! Those little ones are usually so flighty you can't get good pics. It looks like you were right on top of him. Wow.

He gets really close to me. It is not uncommon for me to be less then 2 feet away from him. I was right on top of him when I took the pic. Makes me wonder if at one point he was a pet since we have caught and released him many times. He does not bit either, another very uncommon thing for these little ones.

maybe he was just so fat from eating all those ants that he can't move? :) cutie pie though. i caught those at my grandpa's place in atlanta

beautiful photos...I feel the best shots are creatures in their natural environment. Are these green anoles?

Thank you. Yup...they are everywhere here and when they get in the house it is painful. I have to catch them before the dog or cats do and those little things bit HARD!!! They can draw blood
