So the new rescue is very small not taken care of at all, just gave her a warm bath and realized she smells almost like bad breath. What could it be?

Her body odor may be a result of poor diet. She may also have an infection. She may also just be really dirty. Although I am leaning more towards diet and or infection. It might be wise - if you can -to have a vet check her out. It would be wise to keep your two beauties separate until you have a clean bill of health for your new one. Also – thoroughly clean your hands between handling them.

Regarding your other Berti stopping in head bobbing – he probably doesn't "smell" her as much as "sense" her. It's a method of communicating that he is the Alpha Dragon. They are territorial animals. He will calm down. They both need a couple of weeks to adjust

Thank you :) I think I will get her (I'm not even sure if it's male or female) to the vet for a checkup. I was thinking it might be poor diet. I don't have them housed together, I don't plan on having them around eachother ever, I have read it's not a good idea. She did have a nice warm bath which she seamed to enjoy, and was happy to be held once she calmed down, she did eat some worm's right away and have a pathetic poo. Bless her heart.

I agree with Canicke, probably a combo of poor diet and just dirty. Do a vet check up to rule out any infections and get it on a healthier diet. If all else fails there is a company that sells "beardie shampoo" but I would only use that as a last resort.

It is her mouth, it looks good... I think it is because she wasnt fed a good diet and she needs more water.
I'm learning to be patient, I always want to remedy right away. I realy appreciate all of the input!
