My Dragon won’t poop

So I’ve had my bearded dragon for about a year and he has always been very irregular since day one when it comes to his bowel movements, well for the past month or so he’s developed these stress marks on his stomach and he hasn’t pooped, and he has been hiding under his hammock in the same position all day everyday unless I move him he’s cold to the touch most of the time from being under his hammock and out of the light he literally refuses to bathe and refuses to eat veggies even if we hold protein for over a week he just won’t eat Im really hoping it’s just him getting ready to shed or something but i hate to see my boy not his happy little self

Lighting is off please No coils for uvb No colored bulbs No sand heat mats or rocks -- you must have a digital probe thermometer for accurate basking temps+ the basking temps and uvb are the MOST important thing in in the tank+ get some canned pumpkin feed till he poop make sure he's hydrated. He needs salads everyday
