Okay so I just fed my girl trinity some wax worms she only ate 2 then she went over to her water dish and drank loads of water (first time I've seen her drink) then she threw up loads of clear liquid including the wax worms any ideas why?

They throw up for a couple of reasons.... Sometimes they eat before they are warmed up enough to digest. They throw up if the food item ends up not tasting good or they got stuck in their mouth or throat and it's their way of clearing it out.

By the color she looks like she's chilly.

that's what I thought they were..I would suggest you remove them pieces like that don't digest, they don't get soft and even the pine flakes are not good.. yes I know they told you they are safe but their knowledge of healthy husbandry isn't the greatest. Read the package and make sure it's not cedar.

They aren't cedar, I am planning in changing them soon
I believe they are Aspen chips.. Adults can do ok on loose substrate as long as they stay well hydrated.. but I guess I error on the safe side and avoid anything loose as they are always tasting their environment to learn things.

Maybe she didn't like them and she drank the water to help spit them back out. Who knows, they do so many unexplainable things!

I error on the side of caution too, keep an eye on her with those Aspen chips.
