Lets see if we can help before you resort to this -- please go over his tank - have you lowered his UVB so hes directly under it approx 13" would be good- this would be for a long tube fixture NO coils - are you using a hammock in the tank? Reptile carpet? Do you know how he injured his front arm? What are you feeding him? Fresh salads like mustard greens collards turnip greens kale - squash like zucchini yellow etc shredded sweet potato --I can post a website for things to feed and they are not that expensive -- next his surface basking temps what are they and how are you taking them? NO stick ons they are inaccurate- after we get this cleared up I am going to get Tracie to respond to you she is a vet tech and can answer alot of your questions but shes gonna need to know the questions I just asked --

ignore the kale info it is outdated and a good staple feeder - if you can please post a pic of the dragon

Hello,

Oh don't put him down yet, let's see if we can help first! What seems to be the trouble with your
dragon, Smaug? How did he injure himself?
Please post pictures so we can try to help as much as we can.
Do not attempt putting him down at home, there is no humane way at home, to do this. Most vets
will not put a healthy animal down but they may take him if you surrendered him, so they can rehome
him. Let's see if we can help him get better first.

Tracie
