I knocked over my calcium container and spilled it all. So I need more, and I want to start using a multivitamin. Can anyone tell me a good brand of calcium? To double check, I should be using calcium without D3 for an adult beardie, correct? I see that beardeddragon.co has a multivitamin powder. Does anyone know if thats any good or can you recommend me a multivitamin?
I believe I should be giving protein without D3 twice a week and a multivitamin once a week. Does this sound right? Thank y'all!

In the beginning, I used calcium without D3 because I assumed that my UVB bulbs were giving enough UVB, and I used Reptivite multivitamin. Babies had one meal a day dusted with calcium and the Sat/Sun they got the multivitamin. I know use something called Calcium Plus by Repashy and it has everything in it so there is no need for different supplements. I still use the pure calcium a few times a month and the multivitamin for my dragon that has a bit of MBD.

How does getting calcium powder without D3, and a multivitamin with D3 sound? That way she's getting D3 once a week, in addition to her UVB of course.

That sounds good. I was just reading something on a chameleon page today that said the same thing I said. If you have a good UVB bulb then you just need a calcium without D3 and use a multivitamin w/D3 once a week.
