multi vitamin

so what kind of multi vitamin should i get for my beardie, and i dust his crickets with it once a week correct?

Dont know what types you get overseas . . . BUT you dust 2x a week (One feeding per day) with vitamins, not on the same days as the calcium, and the other days you dust with the calcium(Also one feeding per day).

Someone will deff be able to give you the name of a good one over there

I use the rep-cal herptivite as my multivitamin and i use it once a week although i have heard of people using it 2 times. The Zoo Med reptivite I have also heard good things about too.
