So....I am slowly getting Ody to sleep on the hammock instead of clinging on the side of the rock wall; which is great; except now he has launching room; instead of gently letting himself down off of the wall.....

So 6am this morning; I go to feed him like every other day; put the dubias into a cup calcium dust them and start to sprinkle them into his feeding bowl...(Plastic Chinese noodle Tupperware)..(Ghetto but keeps the bugs in)

Or rather it's supposed to; if I didn't have a dragon dive bomb onto the side of it.

He gets super excited and rocket launches from the hammock which is hanging up about 8 inches from the bottom of the enclosure; he lands on the ledge of the dubia container; which in turn launches almost all of the dubias all over the enclosure....

He goes bananas trying to catch what ever is left in the container failing to notice now 80% of them are gone and all over the enclosure scurrying around to hide...

He looks at me; as if I didn't provide enough food this time...

So anyways; He's got a nice bit of veggies to munch on til I can get home and fish out all those dubias; I hope some skitter around for him to catch while im at work.

Haha. I love your Ody stories. He's such a character!
lol, he sure is; I am very fortunate to have great animals; Ody and my Cat keep me laughing with their shenanigans.

When I got home today; I took all the accessories out and flipped the reptile carpet up to expose the run away dubias and let him go to town.

Super funny to watch him swaddle around on the slippery glass bottom.

He did get them all though; so in the end; Success.

I'm going to try to get some videos of Ody doing his thing; but I am the worst camera man....I start recording and then get caught up with whats going on and give up recording to watch...lol

--Edit--
Also he is shedding his beard, head, legs, and tail...not looking his best right now; kind of a bad abstract art project right now.

White and orange whirring around his enclosure lol

Bayne refuses to let me record anything he does. The minute he sees my phone he freezes until I put it back down. He's not afraid of it though because when it's laying on the bed, he'll run all over and around it. He's a stinker, lol.
I wish Baynes head would shed. It's been dull grey for a week or so now. He had a bath last night and I mist it daily while he's running around on the bed. He just looks so funny with a grey head
