I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law the other night when I asked if I could borrow a newspaper.​

'This is the 21st century, old man,' he said.​

'We don't waste money on newspapers.​

Here, you can borrow my iPod.'​

I can tell you, that bloody fly never knew what hit it.​

I hate cell phones. I don't have one and don't want one. My daughters tell me: "Dad, but what about an emergency?" to which I say: "Call 911."

VCRs came and went and I never new how to work them.

oh mercy....too funny. Stand your ground. I don't have a land line....just a so called 'smart' phone. I have it because my mother, who is 88 and my children. It is a safety net.
