I haven't used them. I know that there was one age that they were better for but I can't remember if it was for juveniles or if it was for adult dragons.
Yeah that makes sense. No matter where they are in the tank they are getting UVB, which this is what they do in their natural habitat. The sun is not penetrating in one spot that would really suck, everyone would be hurdling together trying to get some vitamin D
