After the trauma of our first baby dragon suffering a seizure and passing away after only three days with us, my daughter decided that she wanted to try again. So we went back to the store yesterday and got this little guy.

This is Critter, and he/she is much more active and alert than the first poor little one. (I still feel really bad for him.) He ate a whole bunch of crickets and dubias yesterday and today, had a little salad today, and did a nice big poop this morning. He's up and watching everything, and walking/scurrying around. Very good to see, and completely different from the first one we got.

He's also a bit bigger- 9.5 inches tip to tip, vs. 5.5 inches on the first one.

I'm so glad you tried again. Critter is adorable! Can't wait to watch your little one get bigger! It feels like yesterday that Bayne was that small. They grow super fast!
