Meds and no pooping?

Slyder got Metronidazole and a dewormer. She pooped that day (Friday) but has not pooped since. This morning she was looking like she had to poop but nothing happened. I am about to give her a warm bath after the kids finish breakfast but wondering if it could be her meds. Should I give her squash to get things moving good? She is still eating like pig, but did not eat as much of her salad as she normally does. She ate half of it so I am not worried about her appetite. This lizard is going to worry me to death one day.

Dont know much about the meds causing constipation . . . . BUT the worrying part I can relate to.

Yes the meds can cause constipation. While on them you should soak her daily. You can also try some pumpkin to help.

I gave her red bell pepper yesterday when she did not poop...like always piggy ate it all and it got things moving today. There was a lot that came out. Still green liquid and very loose but there was one part that was formed poop!!! ready to have normal poop from her again. We have one more trip to the vet in 2 weeks.
