I recently was given a Bearded Dragon named Natsu by my aunt, after she moved out of my house. He's very much an adult, although I don't know how many years. (Explaining cuz I saw a few posts saying mealworms impact growth)

Am I able to feed him mealworms as a staple(every 2-3 days, he has regular food in his bowl too!!)? It's been his current diet since he entered my aunt's possession, and he's been shedding as normal -all clean sheds! hasn't needed help-, but I haven't been able to find anything confirming if they really are good for him D:
We do feed him dead crickets as well, but I just want to make sure mealworms are fine for him :)

Image of Natsu in case it helps determine age idk!! I'm very new to this & haven't had much time to look up stuff ^^"

First mealworms are a treat worm- they can be fed every 2-3 days but you want a main staple like crickets live ones dubia roaches silk worms or bsfl- all staple feeders - fed 2-3 times per week- correct surface basking 95-100 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer- hot side of tank around 100 ambient cool side of the tank 80 ish during the day- I recommend getting rid of the sand and use some textured NON adhesive shelf liner- cut to the size of the tank - sand will harbor bacteria - if you need websites for insects/ worms I can post some- what size tank is he in?
