Is it true that mealworms can eat their way out of beardies? Are they bad for them?

Its not true. Mealies and supers can't eat their way out of a dragon.

Spike looks big so I'd recommend supers.

I've read a lot of troubled threads with mealworms and young dragons. It seems that husbandry has to be good in order to feed them. So in that respect, I wouldn't recommend mealies.
