My mealie have started breeding. Question is how do I seperate the worms from the beetles? I've been going through the bin with tweezers and pulling them out but there has to be an easier way.

Move the beetles... leave the worms... this way you can have multiple colonies going.
Hope this helps.

Janie confuses supers with mealies.
You don't have to move the beetles. You can leave them. Just make sure they always have plenty of things for hydration and their bedding isn't full of frass.

So I can leave the beetles in with the mealworms? I've heard that they will eat them??
