There is! First off I would like to say welcome to the forum! The easiest way (at least I think so) is to look at the hind legs. On the hind legs, near the base of the tail on the inner thigh, bearded dragons have something called femoral pores. They are mostly used for mating as the male will produce pheromones to attract a mate. If you look at the pores you can then tell if it is a male or female. In a female they can be very hard to find or you may not be able to see any at all. On a male you'll be able to see them right away. This picture shows an example of a males femoral pores.

You Can also just flip him over, If you look under his vent, (Boy) You will see two large bumps, (girl) You will see One or no bump. I do think this is more accurate, but your beardie has to be at least 7,8 inches long. (You can also just lightly lift up his/her Tail while in your hand, And that's a way to find the bumps too, but it also is a risk of hurting your Beardies tail. Goodluck!

I find that flipping the dragon can prove to be very stressful to the dragon himself and could lead to stress related illnesses. In the handful I have sexed, I have never been able to really determine the sex of the bearded dragon that way, even if they had been fully grown. I have also been told that if you lift the dragon up and bend its tail back a little to pull on the cloaca it will "smile" if a boy and just be rather straight if a girl. I have also heard of (and tried) sexing by shining a light through to see. Neither of these have worked in my case and I would not recomend doing them again.
