You can't tell from that angle. You want to hold the dragon in one hand with the tail facing you. With your other hand, gently lift the tail back from the base. Right at the base of the tail right before the vent you will see the lumps/lumps. One lump in the middle, female. 2 oblong lumps on each side is male.
The bump/bumps can only be seen when the tail is held taught.
