Lumps on neck

I had just took Freyja to the vet about a week ago and at the time her neck was a little swollen and they said nothing about it. But this last week since the appointment her neck has gotten much bigger. Does anyone know the causes of this and if there is need for concern. I’d hate to put her through another vet visit plus it’s expensive, but if that’s what’s needed she’s our baby and we will do what we gotta do for her. Here’s some photos she hasn’t been eating much last few weeks that’s one of the reasons I took her in for the parasites tests and the blood tests. She’s actually ate these last couple of days a bit. So the lumps getting bigger but she’s getting her appetite back really weird and she pulls away if I poke at it to much. It’s squishy for the most part.

Yes she is exotic vet. It’s weird she ate a bit today and after words it looked a little smaller afterwards. I’ve called my vet back today and am waiting for response.

A lot of the time beardies store food in their beards but its usually more lumpy, that to me looks like a swelling of some sorts
