So every morning I make salads and every afternoon I come home and get mad because they haven't been touched. Well I was WRONG! I gave Luci a bath tonight and there was some red in it, I almost freaked out but remembered this week they are getting strawberries and red peppers. Well I went to inspect Luci's salad and he at ALL of the red pepper! Strawberries weren't touched, and not sure about the mustard greens but he ate something!

Now I need to find something that Dexter will eat.

I'm a DORK! This morning when I was getting their salads ready I realized that I didn't give them red peppers yesterday  Anyway my boyfriend said that he does see Luci eating his salad. He spends more time in the room with Luci so he should know. He just doesn't eat the whole thing.

I don't dust their salads and mine won't take greens out of my hand. Dexter used to but not anymore. I did get her to eat a GIANT horn worm out of my hand yesterday, she surprisingly really liked that but she would only eat one.

Beatrix will only eat 1 Largish hornworm (she prefers them to be 2/3 - 3/4 the length of her torso) per meal then she is good for quite a few hours. Occasionally I'll give her an extra one at dinner time to see if she is ready for 2/ meal but usually she just stares at it for 5 - 10 minutes before deciding she wants it.

Dexter was good for the whole day yesterday she didn't want to eat anything else. I have to watch Luci because he will eat super worms, hornworms and crickets, he loves them all. He's got a little belly sag going on now.

lol. That smell still lingers even after washing it in the dishwasher. It's rubberized bottom. It split on the bottom.

I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of that smell. I wasted 17 and change if I can't get it out. The plants are off it.

Yeah, the only thing I could think of to get the smell out is baking soda but not sure exactly how that would work. I would see If I could get my money back.

I was reading around the Aquarium forums and fishkeepers are having the same problem. If it smells, don't put it into your tank. It's toxic. I even put the plants back in and I'm going to tell them it's broken too.
