Bought a uvb bulb for Lintilla's rearing enclosure from them. They shipped it via UPS SurePost. *grumblesnarlswear*

I hate UPS and FedEX sure post. It's the most ridiculous shipping method. I am in Chicago, Illinois and a package gets shipped from Louisville KY instead of coming to me it goes to New Berlin WISCONSIN, only to come back to IL, SMH!

For us, it's doubly bad because our mail carriers are very unreliable. I just want to scream at these shippers to just leave the post office out of the picture completely. Especially on time crucial items like reptile lights.
