Lighting and upgrading to a bigger enclosure.

I am getting ready to upgrade from a 40 gallon to a 4x2x2. I currently have an 24 inch, 24 watt Arcadia T5. Will this be sufficient for the larger tank, or do I need to get a bigger light?

No your Arcadia is fine --- it will need to go into the tank
