Hey guys, so my bearded dragons basking light just went out on me and the pet store is closed until tomorrow.. will he be okay with just the UVB bulb until I can go get a new basking light ??

Please get rid of that "compact" UVB bulb. It is bad for your dragon's eyes and does not give off enough UVB. Instead, go for a tube light such as ReptiSun 10.0 or an Arcadia H.O 12%.
UVB lights do not give off enough heat for your bearded dragon to have just UVB. You should not have your lights on at night, so your beardie will do well without heat/light until the morning. Once you can get to the pet store, please grab a replacement UVB (most stores carry ReptiSun) and an appropriate reflector fixture.
