Very beautiful dragon. What kind of substrate are you using? Just a tip: digital thermometers are awesome and get correct readings of your basking temps. The one you have there reads the temp off the glass.

Thanks for the tip. I do have a digital temp reader on the left side of the viv. I had one under the basking spot too, but the battery ran out.. got one of those stick on ones a temporary solution as the digital ones aren't cheap! I use a temp gun also, and the readings around 35C

Substrate is Exo Terra natural sand.

hey if that isn't the fine play sand i would recommend changing that sand out with some fine play sand from a garden store or get some tile. if thats calci sand it can cause impaction and also change your bds feet a different color

There is one that I've seen that is just ground up quartz that's okay from the pet store, not calci sand. I haven't looked that up yet to see if that's the one.
