Kale during a shed?

So I red that kale is really only supposed to be given to dragons on ocassion but my dragons going through a shed and won't seem to eat anything but some kale. His meal worms are untouched and he won't eat the salad of dandelions and basil but when I went to try putting kale into his food bowl to see if he was just being picky it was the only thing he would eat. So should I just start adding kale into his bowl everyday during the shed or wait a day or two to see if hell eat anything else out of hunger?

I thought only food larger than the space between their eyes would cause that? The worms he has are that or even smaller.

Their chitin is thicker, making digestion harder. This slows digestion which can lead to impaction. While it usually won't happen in a healthy dragon it is still something to avoid because they take awhile to show any illness. Better safe than sorry.

Mine dragon is so fussy. Will only eat kale and even though only 6 months old has gone off live food at the moment. He will eat the occassional meal worm and wax worm but sometimes, I've learned, you just have to go with what they'll eat.
