The past couple of weeks have been pretty hectic for me so I haven't had a lot of time to get on and update you guys about the girls. When Jack (my son) and I got home from our vacation, Khaleesi was beginning a body and head shed. She's always been much much darker than Hermione, she still is, but holy cow! This shed lightened her up SO MUCH! It's kinda crazy, lol. She's always been kind of a dark brownish/greenish color, and now the best way to describe it is like a sunset orange-ish? LOL It's really amazing to me! I knew that they turn out a little different after a shed, but I had no idea it was possible to change so drastically. She definitely changes a bit throughout the day, depending on mood or activity. In the morning, her belly marks are pretty prominent and her back is much darker when she's basking. But when I take her out, she instantly lightens up so much (I think the more relaxed and happy she is, the lighter she is with the exception of basking or sun bathing [emoji6]) Anyways, I'm rambling, I'll wrap it up. I just think it's so cool! What do you guys think?

Before the shed (excuse my exhausted, no make up face, lol )

After (this one was earlier today)
Please tell me it's not just me! My husband and son cannot see the difference [emoji38] do you guys have any drastic before and after shed pics?
TTFN! [emoji111] [emoji175] &[emoji236]

She does look a lot lighter. It really is amazing how they change colors. Dexter is always a yellow color but you put her in water and she's orange. Luci has gotten lighter with his sheds but he's been moody lately and he has made himself this real dark brown color. He looks like a chocolate lizard!
