Is this tail rot or shedding?

Hi, I'm new to reptiles and I just got her from a breeder about 3 weeks ago and her tail was starting to shed so I didn't think anything about it at the time now her whole tail except for the small piece has shed off I hear want to make sure it doesn't look like tail rot?
