Is this good cricket food?

I use this food for my crickets it’s a gut loading food that loads the gut with calc is there anything better?

I would feed them stuff your feeding your dragon you don't want to over calcium your dragon if your already using calcium on his insects

The cricket food isn't a good source of nutrients for your bearded dragon. There isn't really anything in it other than calcium that is healthy for beardies. Feed the crickets what you would feed your bearded dragon-vegetables, fruits, and greens.

Those jelly things are only good for thier water, my crickets will drown in an 8th of an inch of water so i use these and really soak em, basicly what everyone else said
