My Bearded dragon, Sloan, has been acting weird the past few weeks, he hasn't really been eating, and has been on the opposite side of his tank as the basking area. However, i moved the light higher up and seemed to fix the problem. Also, he seems to be laying in the same spot throughout the entire day, or even days. I don't know what the problem could be. I started handling him more, and giving him a bath every other day, and he has seemed a little more himself but I am still worried.

First it looks like your fella is starting to shed from the first pic of his head, and the dull colors also can be from the shedding process.. They can get a bit fussy during this time as well.
In the last picture is that a black spot on his side??? is that new?? The lines on the belly are normal.. If that is a black spot on his side you do need to have him checked by a reptile vet as it could be Yellow Fungus :( highly contagious so if you have other reptiles make sure you are washing/disinfecting between handling.

Please have him checked out by a reptile vet. That spot on his side doesn't look too good and should be treated. Other than that I would suggest a nice soak in the tub. Drip some water on the tip of his nose and try to get him to drink some water. The bath will help loosen up the shed plus possibly get some of that sand off of him.

Is it just the camera angle but his left front and left back feet look more puffy then the right..could be because he's shedding but I haven't seen that happen with mine..
