She has been completely asleep for a couple of weeks now, but in a semi brumation state for almost 2 months. About every 2-3 days for the past week or so I have seen her with her eyes barely open for a few minuets and then she goes back to deep sleep again for 2-3 days.

Should I turn her lights back on for a few hours a day? Should I raise her temps again? Can I keep her lights off until we get back from our trip, we will be home on sunday.

Since she isn't moving, just opening her eyes now and then... I'd let well enough be.
All 4 of mine do that... Unless they are actively moving... I don't turn on lights or feed salads..
Hope this helps.

When I went back in there, her eyes were wide open and she gave me some head tilts and is acting interested in the world around her. She has not come out of her hide but she is very alert for the first time in a long time.

well in that short amount of time she is about half way out of her hide. I think she answered the question of is she waking up.

Now how do I go about putting her lights back to a normal schedule and her temps back to normal? Do I step things up like I stepped them down?

You can... Or just go all out... I suspect she may not be done yet... I could be wrong..

I will keep her lights completely off like they have been for a little while longer. She turned around and stuck her head in the back of the hide and started digging so might not be done. Dang these lizards, nothing can ever be simple with them.

This is the biggest reason I usually say don't turn lights off. If you don't know your beardies "normal" brumation schedule or their schedule change, how are you going to know when to turn the lights back on. When the lights are on...they will just come out of brumation when they are ready. I would tell you to turn the lights on. If she still wants to brumate, she will with or without the lights. This way there is no taking any chances on not turning them on.
