Is my dragon sick

I rescued a 2yro female bearded dragon about 3 weeks ago. The last owners only feed her greens and black beetles. When I got her, she had no weight on her. So I feed her horn worms, super worms and crickets. The crickets and super worms were dusted with calcium. I also still feed her greens as well. But now she isn't eating greens at all. No greens or fruit. All she does is lay on her basking rock. Until she sees crickets, then she is wide open. What can I do to get her to eat her veggies? Also I've done everything to get the humidity down in her enclosure. But I can't get it to drop below 58%. I've got 2 dehumidifiers on top of the enclosure. Before I got them it was at 60 to 70%. The temp in her enclosure on the basking side is around 98° and on the cool side is around 75° to 80°. Please help, is she sick or have I spoiled her to protein? Thanks for any help.

Ok first the temp gauge is only giving ambient temps- you want a digital probe thermometer to give accurate surface basking temps- 95-100- next what kind of UVB are you using? A long tube fixture is recommended and critical as well as placement and distance - NOT all UVB's are of good quality too -- the humidity should be taken w/ a digital probe hygrometer placed on the center back wall - 40-50 is optimal nothing under 20% or over 70% -- the dragon could of quit eating for numerous reasons- relocation stress will throw the appetite off - incorrect surface basking temps and very crucial UVB --

This is my set up on her. The temps I posted are from an IR thermometer. I don't go by the analog that are stuck on the back. They came with the enclosure. But I have her basking light in a dome and her lightess heat lamp in the other dome for night time. And the UVB is a tube across the enclosure. I also have the dehumidifier probe on the back on the enclosure as well. Everything she has, I've used the same types in my other dragons. And they are fine. Just not sure what's wrong with her. Because when I first got her, she was eating me out of house and home lol.

IR guns are good but you want digital probe thermometer- guns can sometimes be off by the basking material they are made out of- move your hygrometer probe up to the center back wall - the che is on at night or off- you want night time temps 65-75 - lay off the worms and cut back on the insects see if she will start eating the salads again-
