Is my beardie a boy or a girl?

I have a bearded dragon, who I have been calling ‘he’ from a guess. He is about 17 inches long and a year old, so plenty old to be sexed. There are no reptile vets near me so I can’t take him there to be sexed. I tried the flashlight test, but I don’t have a strong enough light to shine through his tail. So here’s a picture: Please help me identify his sex!

It is hard to tell if you can post a pic of him / her w/ butt flat and tail higher in the air --- two bumps above vent is male and one bump or flat is female ---

It is a girl because they normally have a rounder tail at the base
