does anyone know if kale is bad for Beardies? I’m getting mixed messages (like most Beardie answers) that kale is good for them and others saying it can cause MBD. Does anyone know?

All of my sources say that kale is fine, and it's a good source of vitamins. It's not as high in oxalates as people previously thought.

Kale is real good- it has better nutrients than your collards turnip and mustard greens
