Is this tail rot my poor baby's tail was looking weird today when I got home she shedded about a week ago full body including the tail, it doesn't seem painful when I touch it. She's about 2 years old she's eating fine no change in appetite I cleaned it with betadine and put bacitracin on it.

Looks like it is tail rot. I would get it to the vet and have it looked at. They can amputate that little bit before it spreads to more of the tail.
