Is it normal for bearded dragons to sit still for hours?

So my uncle gave me a 1yr old female bearded dragon and shes been just sitting in the same spot staring at me. I got all the lights set up and this good 4x2x2 tank, she just sits there, I tried moving her to the basking area and she sat there with her mouth open for around 15 minutes and then she ran down to the cooler side. Other than that she just kind of sits around. Eating has been ok, I've been feeding her some super worms and greens, she'll eat the greens and worms only if you hold it out to her other than that she is all good. Is it maybe because she is transferring owners, or new habitat, or is she sick or straight up lazy? Much appreciated, thanks. Snapchat-1091443077.jpgede96406-5ba5-4d77-a7ae-681fb39f4e2a.jpg

I see no temp gauges - if the platform is closer than 6" to the basking bulb she can get burned- her only sitting there for a short time tells me it's too hot along w/ the gaping temps on that spot should be 95-100 those should be taken w/ a digital probe thermometer- what are you using for a uvb? Please no coils

I forgot to mention I measured the temperature of the bathroom spot it's around 109° I'm using a 34-in 10.0 uvb

Ok temp guns are good but I would invest in a digital probe thermometer- 109 is too warm evidently he should be basking for at least 4 hours under the basking bulb - what are the temps on the cool side? Is the uvb in the tank? I am assuming it is- the distance for that is 12-15 inches directly above the basking decor

Here is the cool side temperature, the uvb fixture is inside the cage and around ~9-10 inches away from the basking spot, should I lower it? I bought a 4 pack of digital temperature and humidity, the warm side says 81-93 degrees and the cool side sits at around 77. The humidity is a bit high, tho around 40-50% how can I reduce that?

Distance for your UVB should be 12-15 inches - is the dragon basking under the UVB? 9-10 is set up for more of a T 8 --77 is a little cool for daytime temps on cool side I would shoot for 80's like 80-83 - the stick on humidity gauges are not good on accuracy I would invest in a digital probe hygrometer place the probe on the back center wall of the tank - the 40-50% is great -- that is optimal - Exo Terra makes the digital probe hygrometers you can can find them on Amazon
