How necessary is a Heat Emitter
I have a uvb and a basking bulb/fixture
I only use my CHE at night after all his lights are out and only if I think it's going to get too cool. Lately it's been very warm and humid here so I haven't needed it, but last night was supposed to be cool so I turned it on. (Glad I did as temps got into the 50s last night.) I don't run mine during the day when his lights are all on and don't run it if temps aren't going to fall too much during the night.

Hey, what’s the ideal temp and humidity for an enclosure.
The warm side should be 90 degrees Fahrenheit the cool side should be 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit and the Basking spot should be a 100 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. At night time it should not go below 65 degrees Fahrenheit and for humidity it should not go above 40 percent humidity.
