Hey guys! I wanna start by saying I’m totally new to this so forgive me. I’m currently redoing my beardie’s enclosure and got her a Reptisun 10.0 UVB light. It’s 24” and I’m having a LOT of trouble finding a light that I can put in her tank. Everywhere I’ve read has mentioned the $9 ones at Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc. but I can’t find one anywhere. I’ve even tried online with no success. What did y’all use to put your UVB inside your beardies tank? Links to products would be greatly appreciated!

Keep in mind, it’s a 24” and not 18” so that’s been making things harder for me. Thanks!

Im not sure why you are having such a problem finding them, I found heaps of them on ebay uk with a quick search. They were just those crappy little things that slot on the ends, but when it came to finding ones with actual mounts for a T10, I hit a wall. When I bought my T5 fixture, it came with the tube. I think a reflector is important, otherwise a lot of light is wasted

Your best option is the Reptisun 24" t5 fixture with the Reptisun 22" t5 10.0 HO bulb. You mount in outside the tank. It has the best UVB output.

I went for the Arcadia T5 Slimline luminaire, more expensive, but they are the best UV tube and fixture out there. Internally mounted and amazing light penetration and spread

I think people use industrial strength velcro to attach it inside or zip ties. Like the others, I have a T5 that can be placed on top of the mesh and doesn't need to be mounted inside.

I used zip ties and mounted my T5 to the inside of screen.
