So, I notice my bearded dragon has this spot on his left foot/toe... the top seems fine aside from slight discoloration... but the bottom worries me. I'm not sure what he has done, but what is this..? Does he need to go to the vet..? Is there anything I can do to help this until he can get in if needed?

The foot is going to shed but the cut or issue on the bottom he has cut himself on something or that is what it looks like--- it will heal get some raw unpasteurized honey on it --- dab it on --- Manuka is good but it does not need to be that brand -- please do not leave any crickets in the tank they will go straight for the foot ------------- make sure your lighting is up to par -- basking temps correct and taken w/a digital probe thermometer NO stick ons they are inaccurate and a good UVB NO coils please they are inadequate --
Some info on honey

Dragons love honey and it will not hurt him ---- use the honey its going to fight off infection

How often should I put it on his foot? And by the way thank you very much!
I would do it a couple of times a day -- till it scabs over once it scabs over you know it will not be infected ---if it does turn black you will probably need to see a reptile vet but for the most part the honey should do the trick -- its pretty small and does not look to bad
