Idea To Protect My Beardie

Hello! I'm new here, so if this is in the wrong category lemme know.
I have an idea to protect my bearded dragon from the birds of prey nearby. I was wondering if there's anything like it out there already made.

a harness suspended inside a clear dome. The harness is suspended enough just for their feet to touch. The dome rests on a set of metal balls, allowing for 360° movement. There's a hole in the top allowing for a leash to be connected to their main harness.

Same concept as those baby walker things, but the baby has a dome on top. I really want to give my beardie the ability to roam outside, but I'm so paranoid of hawks and owls.

It sounds like a good idea but if that dome heats up inside it could kill her -- when I tell people to set their dragons outside to get UVB I tell them to use a plastic tote but that is open and it can heat up depending where they set it whether its direct sun or sun / partial shade - I dont know if your talking the dome completely covering her or just over head or what but you do not want her enclosed in it -- its going to get too hot inside -- also I tell people to use NO GLASS -- I would get something you can place outside like in a mesh enclosure --- try Amazon there have been people that have bought like playpens etc to use that would keep the predators away --
